Job Summary
To support the growth strategy of a mission-driven team, the full-time salaried Vice President of Strategic Finance will lead capital formation efforts, manage complex financial transactions, and cultivate relationships with strategic capital partners while working onsite in Washington, D.C. with flexible remote options.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead capital formation by pursuing optimized, cost-efficient sources of capital and managing relationships with financing partners
- Structure and execute complex financial transactions, overseeing due diligence and transaction workflows
- Develop financial models and analyses to support capital deployment decisions and investor pitches
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in capital raising and structuring roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
