Vice President of Strategy
Job Summary
Leading Business and Customer Experience (CX) transformation efforts for iconic brands, the remote Vice President of Strategy will manage multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement high-impact AI business solutions, while serving as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives on commercial strategy and digital transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Formulate 3- to 5-year corporate growth visions and create business transformation roadmaps
- Translate AI trends into enterprise value propositions and oversee cross-functional teams through product development and scaling
- Partner with Client Services to identify growth opportunities and lead strategic initiatives for major pitches and consulting engagements
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in business strategy and leadership within top-tier innovation agencies or consulting firms
- Proven track record in leading enterprise-level growth initiatives and digital transformation programs
- Experience developing financial models and business cases for major client initiatives
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems integrations to activate AI solutions
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree in business or economics preferred
