Vice President of Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the strategic vision for assigned verticals, the full-time Vice President of Strategy will define actionable strategies to accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability, and strengthen market position while managing a team of strategists in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic vision for assigned verticals, aligning priorities with enterprise objectives to drive revenue and profitability
• Lead and develop a team of strategists, establishing performance expectations and optimizing team capacity
• Guide the strategist team in consulting with Sales and clients to identify business objectives and advance high-value opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 15+ years of progressive experience in vertical strategy, client strategy, or related leadership roles
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing strategist teams
• Proven success in translating market and client insights into growth strategies and measurable business outcomes
• Experience in financial services and data-driven marketing solutions preferred
