Vice President of Strategy Execution

Job Summary

Leading the strategic initiative portfolio, the full-time Vice President of Strategy Execution will translate long-range strategies into actionable priorities while working remotely and ensuring alignment with the Executive Leadership Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the strategic initiative portfolio, ensuring initiatives are pursued in the correct order with appropriate resources
• Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to maintain alignment on priorities and facilitate timely decision-making
• Provide leadership for Strategic Communications, integrating strategy execution, change management, and communications

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Operations, Organizational Leadership, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Approximately 10+ years of experience in strategy execution, transformation, or related fields, with a focus on managing complex initiatives
• Proven ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and manage competing priorities
• Experience working with Senior Executives and facilitating discussions on trade-offs and organizational decisions
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including change leadership and talent development
