Vice President of Studio Solutions

Job Summary

To support the growth of a diverse portfolio of dance and performing arts businesses, the full-time remote Vice President of Studio Solutions will manage business performance, financial planning, and leader development while ensuring accountability and execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and lead management rhythms and standards for project management and reporting across the portfolio
• Own the consolidated budget, forecasts, and P&L views, partnering with business-unit leaders for financial performance reviews
• Advise and coach business-unit leaders to enhance execution and financial management while maintaining their ownership of operations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• 10+ years of progressive business leadership experience across multiple businesses or brands
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasts, and P&Ls
• Experience in building management rhythms and execution disciplines in a decentralized or high-growth environment
• Demonstrated connection to music, dance, and the performing arts
