Vice President of Supply

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in the delivery network, the full-time remote Vice President of Supply will own provider relationships, develop supply strategy, and lead a high-performing team while partnering with executive leadership across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the end-to-end delivery flow, identifying and resolving friction points
• Set the long-term vision and strategy for the supply network, including provider prioritization and network structure
• Lead and develop a supply team, ensuring alignment with customer needs and performance metrics

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics operations, or partner/vendor management
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams in a scaling environment
• Experience in negotiating commercial terms and managing performance with external partners
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze provider performance and identify opportunities
• Familiarity with APIs and technical integrations related to delivery/logistics platforms
