Vice President of Supply Chain

Job Summary

Leading the global distribution network for audiovisual and media technology, the full-time salaried Vice President of Supply Chain will manage operations across 30 warehouses and 12 forward operating bases, focusing on equipment movement, inventory control, and modernization initiatives in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operating performance and budget management across all warehouse and forward operating base locations globally
• Establish and enforce consistent operating standards for inventory control and logistics processes
• Lead the warehouse modernization initiative, ensuring adoption of new processes and resolving conflicts between local and network standards

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years in supply chain, distribution, or logistics, with 5+ years in multi-site operations across multiple countries
• Experience managing multi-site operating budgets and headcount plans
• Proven track record of standardizing operations across independently managed locations
• Experience as a business sponsor for systems implementation such as WMS or ERP
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, engineering, or equivalent experience
