Job Summary

Leading a global Talent Acquisition organization, the full-time Vice President of Talent Acquisition will set the vision and strategy for hiring approximately 2,000 professionals annually across various roles while modernizing the function through AI and data-driven decision-making in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute the global Talent Acquisition vision and strategy aligned with business priorities
• Lead and inspire a global team of approximately 35 professionals, fostering a high-performance culture
• Partner with executives to translate business strategy into effective workforce plans and hiring priorities

Required qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in Talent Acquisition within a complex, global organization
• Proven track record of delivering high-volume hiring across technical and business talent segments
• Strong experience in transforming Talent Acquisition processes and leveraging technology and data
• Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to influence executive decision-making
• Experience in software, SaaS, or technology-led organizations, with a solid understanding of the HR technology landscape
