Vice President of Technology

Job Summary

Leading a global organization of approximately 150 people, the full-time hybrid Vice President of Technology will set and execute the enterprise technology strategy, operationalize AI across the organization, and oversee critical enterprise applications and infrastructure to drive business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise technology organization, focusing on AI, applications, data, infrastructure, security, and architecture
• Own enterprise applications and drive the modernization of IT systems to improve productivity and operational efficiency
• Develop and implement a data strategy and enhance the company's security posture in alignment with industry standards

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise technology leadership experience, including managing enterprise applications and security at scale
• Proven track record of operationalizing AI and technology modernization to achieve measurable business outcomes
• Strong command of modern enterprise technology stacks, including ERP, CRM, and cloud data platforms
• Experience leading global, distributed technology teams and collaborating with C-suite leaders
• Cybersecurity and risk fluency with experience in public-company governance and compliance
