Job Summary
Leading a multi-functional team, the full-time remote Vice President of Trading Operations will oversee the investment operations platform, ensuring operational excellence in trading execution, operations, and advisory fee billing for a national RIA managing over $100 billion in client assets.
Key responsibilities
- Direct the strategic execution of Trading, Operations, and Billing functions to enhance client experience and support firm growth
- Establish a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and quality across all operational processes
- Ensure compliance with fiduciary standards and regulatory obligations while managing risk across trading and operational activities
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in operations, trading, or wealth/investment management platforms
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing large, multi-functional teams
- Deep understanding of operations, trading systems, and billing processes within an RIA or institutional platform
- Strong knowledge of fiduciary standards, compliance, and operational risk frameworks
- Proven track record of driving process transformation and operational scale, with relevant certifications preferred
