Vice President of Trust & Identity Services

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and technically accomplished leader, the full-time Associate Vice President of Trust & Identity Platforms and Service will manage the technology and product strategy for Trust & Identity services, focusing on platform architecture, engineering, and community engagement in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute platform strategy and architecture for Trust and Identity services, balancing innovation with service reliability
• Direct software development efforts and establish engineering standards, driving open-source strategy and platform evolution
• Ensure reliable service delivery through effective management practices, overseeing security governance and incident response

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supplemented by equivalent professional experience
• 10+ years of progressive technology experience, including significant expertise in identity and access management (IAM) and federated authentication technologies
• Deep knowledge of federated identity management, including SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect
• Experience leading cloud-native platforms and integrating open-source technologies into scalable solutions
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing diverse technical teams and driving organizational initiatives
