Vice President of Trust Services
Job Summary
Leading the trust solutions business remotely, the full-time Vice President of Trust Services will manage corporate trustee relationships, oversee revenue and budget accountability, and collaborate with advisors and clients on trust cases.
Key responsibilities
- Set and execute the multi-year strategy for Trust Services, including revenue management and partner relationships
- Lead the selection and ongoing management of independent trust companies, ensuring compliance with service level commitments
- Serve as the trust subject matter expert, designing trust solutions and conducting meetings with clients and advisors
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in trust, estate, or private wealth services
- Proven track record in building or managing a trust or fiduciary-related business
- Familiarity with directed and delegated trust structures and multi-state trust considerations
- Strong client-facing skills, including experience working with advisors and estate attorneys
- Preferred qualifications include JD, CTFA, CFP, or CTA certifications
