Job Summary
Driving the distribution strategy for investment and wealth solutions, the full-time Vice President of Wealth Distribution will establish a dedicated sales capability, enhance market penetration, and foster client engagement in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall distribution strategy for investment and wealth solutions across Retirement clients
- Design and lead a dedicated investment and wealth distribution capability, including sales enablement and client engagement strategies
- Engage directly with advisors and partners to build demand and support adoption of investment and wealth solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of experience in defined contribution retirement, investment management, or related financial services
- 7+ years of experience in investment distribution or growth-oriented commercial leadership roles
- Proven track record of creating measurable revenue and asset growth
- Strong executive presence and ability to translate complex investment topics into practical narratives
