Job Summary

Leading a team of credit and portfolio professionals, the full-time salaried Vice President, Portfolio Management will oversee the management and performance of the bank's commercial loan portfolio, ensuring high-quality portfolio administration, risk management, and client relationship support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Portfolio Managers, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven culture
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial loans, ensuring compliance with credit quality and regulatory standards
• Participate in client meetings and provide management reporting and portfolio analytics to senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial credit and loan portfolio management within a financial institution
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience required
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Credit Risk Certification (CRC), RMA designation, or equivalent preferred
• Strong understanding of commercial loan structures and regulatory compliance
