Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction for K-12 Literacy and Humanities products, the remote Vice President, Product Management will define and execute a portfolio strategy that drives innovation, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, while managing a team responsible for delivering market-leading educational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and execute comprehensive portfolio strategy for K-12 Literacy and Humanities, ensuring alignment with market needs and growth opportunities
- Lead product teams to define product requirements and oversee multi-year roadmaps through all stages of the product lifecycle
- Manage overall financial performance, including revenue and profit, while developing business cases to support funding approvals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree (MBA or MA) preferred
- 10+ years of product management experience or equivalent leadership role
- Proven experience managing P&L responsibilities of $200 million in revenue
- Background in Literacy and experience in core basal curriculum adoptions required
- Demonstrated ability to build and lead strong teams in a matrixed organization
