Vice President Program Team Leader

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Vice President Program Team Leader to serve in a fully remote capacity, responsible for leading cross-functional teams in the strategic and operational execution of clinical development programs, ensuring the delivery of business objectives and portfolio value throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional program teams to define and execute integrated global product strategies from early-phase through approval and launch
• Drive product strategy by identifying opportunities and aligning diverse stakeholder perspectives while ensuring compliance and governance
• Provide strategic scientific and clinical leadership, translating clinical data into insights that shape program direction and maintaining relationships with key external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• M.D., Pharm.D., Ph.D., or equivalent postgraduate qualification in a relevant scientific or medical field; M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. preferred
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in oncology drug development with a track record of advancing programs through regulatory approval
• Proven experience leading integrated cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
• Deep expertise in oncology drug development processes, including clinical development strategy and regulatory considerations
• Visionary leadership style with strong communication and influencing skills, capable of representing the organization at high levels
