Vice President Quality Accreditation

Job Summary

Leading clinical quality performance across all lines of business, the full-time remote Vice President Quality Accreditation will manage HEDIS strategy, oversee accreditation processes, and unify quality functions to improve healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a unified quality operating model across Medicare and Commercial lines of business
• Own enterprise accreditation strategy and execution, ensuring compliance with NCQA and URAC standards
• Lead the vendor ecosystem supporting HEDIS data collection and ensure cost-effective, high-quality operations

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of leadership experience in health plan Quality, HEDIS, and Accreditation
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field preferred
• Proven track record of improving HEDIS rates and achieving strong accreditation outcomes
• Deep knowledge of HEDIS technical specifications and clinical quality improvement methodology
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams and managing complex vendor ecosystems
