Vice President Technical Architecture
Job Summary
Leading the Technical Architecture practice, the full-time remote Vice President Technical Architecture will build and direct AI tooling development, mentor technical architects, and serve as the senior technical authority for enterprise customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the Technical Architecture team, setting standards and direction for the function
- Personally develop production AI tooling while overseeing a dedicated engineering team
- Support sales engagements by addressing technical questions and collaborating with stakeholders on complex solutions
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in enterprise solution architecture and technical consulting
- Hands-on software development experience, particularly in building AI tooling
- Deep architectural expertise in Salesforce or ServiceNow, with a preference for Salesforce
- Experience managing technical teams and serving as a customer-facing technical authority
- Relevant architecture certifications in Salesforce, ServiceNow, or cloud technologies preferred
