Job Summary

Managing client relationships and video projects, the fully remote Video Account Manager will oversee onboarding, content coordination, and ongoing account management while ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the client onboarding process and maintain client accounts in project management tools
• Serve as the primary liaison for video content review and approval, ensuring timely feedback and publishing
• Facilitate client communication regarding advertising campaigns and manage day-to-day account interactions

Required qualifications

• Experience in account management, client success, or project coordination
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and accountability
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as ClickUp or similar tools
