Key responsibilities
- Host interviews, podcasts, and industry conversations with a strong on-camera presence
- Develop story angles, scripts, and video concepts to optimize audience growth
- Book guests and contribute ideas for topics and formats to the video editorial calendar
Required qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in financial journalism, crypto or business media, or creator-led finance content
- Experience hosting video-first content such as YouTube, podcasts, or live formats
- Professional home recording setup including a good camera and microphone
- Existing network of contacts in traditional finance and crypto
- Fluency in English (C2 level)
