Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce videos from scripting to final editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, demonstrated through video links
• Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the content creation process and familiarity with industry terminology
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment including cameras, microphones, and lighting
