Job Summary
To drive product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end production of product education videos, including scripting, shooting, and editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Strong technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
