Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop Riverside University, and drive user engagement through tutorials and demos.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning hub for users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content quality and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Strong video editing capabilities, able to produce polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Familiarity with content creation strategies and growth metrics
- Knowledge of technical setups including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
