Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present video content for Riverside, including tutorials and product demos, while developing Riverside University as a premier learning hub.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce video content from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation style
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
