Owning product education from start to finish, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and excellent command of English
