Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently produce, script, shoot, and edit product education videos for the YouTube channel
- Develop and scale Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching abilities
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content from raw footage
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, understanding content creation and publication
- Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
