Job Summary
Owning the product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently create and produce educational videos, manage the Riverside University learning hub, and deliver product demos while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and independently produce educational videos from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to present effectively
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
