Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently create and produce educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel, develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub, and deliver product demos while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation skill set, demonstrated through a portfolio of video work
- Proficiency in video editing, able to produce polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content creation processes
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
