Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos for YouTube, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release while incorporating user feedback into the product lifecycle
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to ensure high-quality content
Required qualifications
- Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentations or tutorials
- Strong video editing skills, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
