Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop a learning hub, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce, script, shoot, and edit educational videos for the YouTube channel and Riverside University
- Drive product education strategy and teach new features as they are released
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation ability, demonstrated through a portfolio
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment setup, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
