Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop a learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for the YouTube channel
- Develop and scale Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to enhance content quality and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Strong knowledge of technical setup including cameras, mics, and lighting
