Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently script, shoot, and edit engaging product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance content quality and user feedback integration.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce all video content as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning platform
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching abilities
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content creation processes
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
