Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a learning hub, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user engagement and feedback integration.

- Drive product education strategy and produce all video content from scripting to final editing
- Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning resource

Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse user audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and familiarity with content strategy
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras and lighting
