Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and edit product education videos, serving as the primary on-camera face of Riverside
- Develop and scale Riverside University into a comprehensive learning platform for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Strong video editing capabilities, able to create polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and familiarity with content strategy for growth
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
