Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, manage the creation of tutorials for the YouTube channel, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release, ensuring high-quality content
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to incorporate user feedback into the content lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Proven on-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting skills
• Strong video editing skills, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a deep understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video setup including cameras, microphones, and lighting equipment
