Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop a learning hub, and drive content strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce videos from scripting to final cut
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, including links to previous work
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content world, with a solid understanding of content creation and publishing
• Technical knowledge of cameras, microphones, lighting, and capture gear
