Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce video content from scripting to final editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features as they are released
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching abilities
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in content creation and an understanding of the creator economy
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
