Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release, ensuring high-quality content
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to incorporate user feedback into the content lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing video presentations
- Proficient in video editing, capable of producing polished final products from raw footage
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
