Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos for YouTube, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce videos from scripting to editing as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and understanding of production setups
- Excellent command of English, with native proficiency required
