Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce educational videos, deliver product demos, and develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy by scripting, shooting, and editing videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features promptly upon release, ensuring content aligns with user feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Design, and Social to maintain exceptional content quality
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presenting and teaching abilities
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products from raw footage
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences, catering to both beginners and advanced users
- Understanding of the creator and content landscape, with experience in content strategy and growth
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
