Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end production of product education content, the remote Video Education Manager will create and edit videos for the YouTube channel, develop Riverside University, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and edit product education videos from scripting to final cut, serving as the primary on-camera representative for Riverside
• Scale YouTube tutorials and build Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio demonstrating presentation skills
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape
• Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, mics, and lighting
