Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning product education end-to-end, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce video content from scripting to final cut, create product education videos for YouTube, and develop Riverside University into a premier learning hub.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce video content as the primary on-camera representative
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features immediately upon release
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presentation style, demonstrated through video links
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video equipment, including cameras, mics, and lighting setups
