Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop a learning hub, and drive educational strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning platform for users
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape with a strong understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of camera, microphone, lighting, and capture gear setups
