Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop content for Riverside University, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos for the YouTube channel, from scripting to final cut
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a comprehensive learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing and producing polished video content independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape
- Strong technical knowledge of video production equipment and setups
