Job Summary
Owning the product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, develop Riverside University as a comprehensive learning hub, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for YouTube and other platforms
- Develop and enhance Riverside University to serve as a premier learning resource for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to engage viewers
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
- Technical knowledge of video production equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting
