To drive product education strategy, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce engaging product education videos, deliver demos, and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos as the primary on-camera representative of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Gather and incorporate user feedback into the product lifecycle to enhance educational content
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished final products independently
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a strong understanding of content production
