Video Education Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos for YouTube, develop Riverside University as a premier learning hub, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product education strategy and independently produce video content from scripting to editing
• Scale YouTube tutorials and develop Riverside University into a comprehensive learning platform
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and incorporate user feedback

Required qualifications

• On-camera experience with a strong presence and ability to engage an audience
• Proficiency in video editing, capable of producing polished content independently
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
• Fluency in the creator and content landscape, with a solid understanding of content production
• Technical knowledge of video equipment including cameras, microphones, and lighting setups
