Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present product education videos, develop the Riverside University learning hub, and drive the product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Independently script, shoot, and edit product education videos for the YouTube channel
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a premier learning resource for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content delivery and user feedback integration
Required qualifications
- On-camera experience with a portfolio showcasing presentation skills
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Understanding of the content creation and publishing landscape
