Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently create, script, shoot, and edit educational videos for Riverside's YouTube channel while developing Riverside University into a premier learning hub for users.
Key responsibilities
- Drive product education strategy and produce educational videos as the primary on-camera face of Riverside
- Scale YouTube tutorials and teach new features upon release, ensuring content meets high-quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, incorporating user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera presentation experience with a portfolio showcasing video work
- Proficiency in video editing from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Fluency in the content creation landscape and excellent command of the English language
- Knowledge of technical setup for video production, including cameras and lighting
