Video Education Manager
Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end product education process, the remote Video Education Manager will independently produce and present educational videos, develop Riverside University, and drive product education strategy while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Produce and present product education videos from scripting to final cut for the YouTube channel
- Develop and enhance Riverside University as a comprehensive learning hub for users
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Social teams to ensure high-quality content and integrate user feedback into the product lifecycle
Required qualifications
- On-camera presentation experience with a portfolio showcasing previous work
- Proficiency in video editing and production from raw footage to polished final products
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong understanding of content creation and the creator economy
- Technical knowledge of camera, microphone, lighting, and capture gear setups
